the constant practice of seeing divine presence in ordinary experience is the essence of a yogic life. Our yoga practice is whatever is happening right now. There is nowhere we need to go and no one we need to become. Yoga is about self-acceptance. We are what we are seeking. We have everything we need. The universe is longing for exactly what each of us has to offer.
As we increase our moment to moment capacity to accept what is, we realize there is an inner presence that is with us despite the fluctuations of everyday life. We realize that every transition is a gift, an opportunity to be graceful. Our personal creative power lies in how we choose to navigate these transitions. This is what we bring into the world. As we practice being present we fall into the recognition that life’s gifts are everywhere and we learn to dance and flow with the beauty and wisdom of everything that is.
