This summer in the mountains of Southern Costa Rica, a 6 day, 5 night gathering of soul-filled dance, delicious sacred movement and deep connection is taking place. Masterfully and magically curated by my soul sister Amber Ryan this powerful medicine is designed to ignite our hearts and bring us TOGETHER. Glamping, local scrumptious food, ceremony and connection with the land.
We will dance, dance, dance. We will be still. We still breathe. We will meditate. We will practice. And we will be TOGETHER.

Alaya Community Gathering
The Experience Alaya Community Gathering is FINALLY coming into fruition! This gathering is a 3-day indoor/outdoor camping event in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California. There will be workshops and classes with both Meg and Uma as well as with some of the other Alaya Faculty members. Open to everyone, we invite you to bring your family, your kiddos and whomever you'd like to share this space!
